What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
While it may not be something new, I’ve learned the power of patience and perseverance is truly key in recruiting. There are so many moving pieces in today’s market that it’s essential to keep moving – you never know what tomorrow might bring!
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
I would love to continue my recruiting efforts (both internally and externally) to help with Agency growth. I love connecting with new people and helping them find their home at 10Fold!
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
There are so many to choose from! Last year for Earth Day, our Bay Area offices organized a beach clean up with the San Francisco BayKeeper whose mission is to keep the San Francisco Bay clean from pollution. Additionally, 10Fold has been great at encouraging our team to stay active and healthy with #10FoldStepsUpForCharity. I love having another reason to take a walk outside with my pup!
What was your favorite accomplishment you had over the last year?
