What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
In the past year I’ve learned how to anticipate client’s questions. Always being one step ahead of your clients is key to a productive meeting.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
In the next year I hope to begin securing business press for my clients and expand my technical knowledge.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
My favorite activity was taking a sailboat tour with the entire 10Fold security practice. It’s always great to hang out and brainstorm with some of my coworkers who live on the other side of the country.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
My favorite accomplishment this past year is developing relationships with threat researchers. When owning a rapid response program, it is key that you can quickly get insights out the door and into the hands of media, and over the past year I have developed several relationships with security experts that I can just hop on the phone with anytime there is breaking cybersecurity news.
