What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
- I’ve learned to be more open to feedback and constructive criticism. I’ve learned that soliciting extensive feedback from mentors can greatly improve both my writing and pitching content.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
- In the next year I hope to really expand business press opportunities for my clients. I’ve learned from teammates over the past year what makes a great business story and want to continue to push for those top tier media outlets.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
- The team offsite meeting in Austin, TX. It was my first time visiting the city, we took a river cruise, enjoyed the local food scene and got to know coworkers more. As someone who worked remote the year before, this was a great opportunity to connect with coworkers in person. I really enjoyed those personal level conversations and look forward to the next team event, Media SharkTank!
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
- Securing a four-part video interview series with a leading healthcare publication for one of our clients. It feels great to see the fruits of your labor unfold – but to see them expand even further was really rewarding.
