What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
This past year, I’ve learned how to harness AI to make our work sharper and faster. We’ve built efficiencies that allow us to deliver for clients more quickly without sacrificing the quality or creativity they expect. At the same time, we’ve set clear guardrails to make sure every piece of content still reflects each client’s unique tone and voice. That balance of speed and quality has been a game-changer in how we execute for our clients.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
10Fold is exceptional at investing in its people, and I want to carry that forward, not just for my own growth, but for the team I mentor. Our upcoming training with Ian Altman, author of Same Side Selling, is a perfect example. I’m eager to apply those principles to show clients and prospects the value 10Fold delivers, and to refine how we help clients articulate their own value to target audiences through the opportunities and content we create for them.
What was your favorite team activity last year?
Hands down, Security Never Sleeps at RSA Conference was the highlight. Our security group hosted the event, and it brought together some of the most influential voices in cybersecurity for a no-fluff, real-talk discussion.
What made it even more memorable was how it rolled right into our security group offsite the next day. We spent the day digging into what client trust really looks like, swapping insights on everything from reporter relationships to digital program opportunities. Then we closed the day with a team dinner, a happy hour at Hog Island Oyster Co., and the Alcatraz night tour. The perfect mix of strategy, bonding,and a little adventure. It reminded me why our team works so well together: we balance hard work with time to connect and celebrate wins.
What were your favorite client accomplishments from the past year?
Working with early-stage cybersecurity companies like Tuskira, Heeler, and DeepTempo has been some of the most rewarding work of my career. We launched Heeler and Tuskira out of stealth with major funding announcements, helping them make an instant market splash. And DeepTempo, who we started working just two months ago, is already making waves. They were one of the top three finalists in Snowflake’s Startup Challenge. Helping these companies craft their story and earn visibility at such pivotal moments has been incredibly fulfilling.
