In the Fold – Mariah Simank

What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?

This year, I’ve prioritized cultivating deeper relationships with my clients. By connecting with them more frequently outside of scheduled calls, I’ve gained valuable insights that allow me to more effectively anticipate and address their needs proactively. This focus has led to increased collaboration and even better outcomes for my clients.

What do you hope to learn in the next year?

I really want to focus more on networking over the next year. That means finding more in-person events at local colleges/PRSA events and engaging more digitally via LinkedIn.

What was your favorite team activity in the last year?

I loved getting to see the full team when we did a downtown boat cruise earlier this year. I’ve lived in ATX my whole life but hadn’t seen the bats fly out from underneath the Congress Bridge since I was a kid.

What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?

At the beginning of the year, we set out to see how we could uplevel SecurityScorecard’s threat research team and the new strategies we employed really paid off. SecurityScorecard surpassed some of the biggest threat groups in the industry and increased coverage 282% in 1H 2024 compared to 2H 2023. This includes 9 business, 4 broadcast and 114 feature articles.
