To make these characteristics tangible, we created a weekly HERO recognition program. Team members nominate colleagues weekly who have demonstrated one or more HERO behaviors through their work. Anyone can nominate a HERO.
Each nomination connects the behavior to a specific project and describes its impact. That might mean securing exceptional media coverage, identifying a trend that creates a huge notoriety for a client, completing an important deliverable and improves the process, the result or both. These nominations can support client goals, 10Fold recruiting goals, or 10Fold employee engagement and retention.
Every nomination shows how someone approached the work and recognizes the willingness to learn, the care invested in execution, the resilience required to navigate a challenge, or the focus needed to produce a meaningful outcome.
