In the Fold – Caitlin Haskins

What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?

AI can super-charge almost everything we do, but cannot and should not replace our judgment and contextual understanding of our clients, industry and the world. When I’m not sure if something is feasible, I use AI to help me design a proof-of-concept – whether it’s a research report or a business press angle. This helps me more quickly determine what’s worth more time investigating and what ideas need modification before they’re viable.

What do you hope to learn in the next year? (Please keep it focused on professional growth you want to have at 10Fold. We want to showcase how 10Fold helps our team grow and develop.)

There are so many areas that I know I have room to grow in, but I find myself helping many of our clients ideate new types of research and reports to drive their thought leadership. I would love to find ways to make this data accessible in new ways to internal and external audiences so the investment and impact is maximized.

What was your favorite team activity in the last year?

I can’t help but think about our team enjoying a cruise on Lady Bird Lake in Austin while enjoying live music! We also had a lot of fun exploring the team’s strengths using the StrengthsFinder exercise. We have so many diverse skillsets in our group and they compound to deliver excellent results for clients.

What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?

We supported the Certinia team through two major industry-firsts: the Global Services Dynamic report, a cornerstone piece of research that explores the importance of services organizations to the profitability of the overall organization, and the first International Services Week. It’s a privilege to work with communicators and marketers who seek to push the envelope!
