What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
This past year, the importance of task management and organization has definitely been reinforced. Whether I’m planning an event or researching a special project, it is imperative to be able to keep clear, detail oriented and up-to-date notes. This ensures that I work efficiently and contribute to the efficiency of others as well.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
In my administrative role, I hope to learn and understand even more back end 10Fold processes and procedures so that I can be a valuable resource for our entire team.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
My favorite team activity in the last year was our Q1 Culture Building Event: A Valetine’s Bake Off! It was my first 10Fold culture experience and despite its simplicity, it fostered a sense of creativity and fun as everyone, spanning various locations and offices, participated together.
What was your favorite accomplishment over the last year?
My favorite accomplishment last year was researching, planning and executing Media SharkTank, our biggest event of the year. As a first-time contributor, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness for the big day. Despite meticulous planning, unexpected challenges can arise, but the event unfolded seamlessly. Not only was it fun to connect with 10Fold team members typically only seen over video, but it also provided me, in my administrative capacity, a glimpse into how 10Fold contributes to helping clients succeed as well.
