IBM is finishing up the year with a bang – starting off with lauching a new headquarters in Munich. They are also creating four new API services to connection IoT to Watson, covering natural language processing, machine learning, video and image analytics, and text analytics. IBM is also investing in cognitive systems that learn at scale, reason with purpose and interact with humans naturally.
LinkedIn is focusing on expanding their job listing options. They are injecting more data analytics into their job listing platform. This will allow users to see more data about the company, who works there, and how you compare to previous applicants.
