What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
Prioritization, prioritization, prioritization. This is a key to success in agency life since there’s always a lot of moving pieces. Knowing what tasks/projects to prioritize on a daily and weekly basis has helped me be successful.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
I hope to continue building my editorial leadership skills and take full ownership of the program and strategy.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
My favorite activity this year was when the security team came out to San Diego for an in-person offsite and we all went on a sunset sail around the harbor. The evening was filled with lots of smiles and laughter and it was a blast catching up with the out-of-towners.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
I took full ownership of a client’s Forbes Tech Council article program this past year and I’m proud of the articles that I’ve drafted. The client usually doesn’t have significant edits or feedback on the articles I deliver, and this shows that I’ve been able to successfully convey their messaging and capture their unique voice.
