What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
With the goal of learning something new every day, this is a difficult question! I’m really enjoying learning how to associate our clients’ communications results to traffic on our clients’ websites and how 10Fold has increased our clients’ top-of-funnel sales numbers. It is exciting to finally get past a measurement model that looks at advertising equivalency (which has been in place for decades) to something that has more relevancy for Web 3.0 businesses.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
I hope to learn methods and about new services that allow 10Fold to align tightly with our clients’ business objectives. It’s critical to remember communications is only one component of our clients’ marketing mix and we must be every bit as accountable and relevant as their other marketing components.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
10Fold is very fortunate to have HR and back-office staff, like Lucy and Bre, that do an amazing job planning events we can do in our homes – but yet together (like making ice cream floats!) and small in-person events like the regional dinners we had to celebrate the holidays. It was amazing to hug people and enjoy a cocktail and scrumptious food! While we are all very different at 10Fold – everyone offers something to appreciate and admire and I really do love our team.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
It is very hard to pick just one – so I will generalize and say that I am most proud of the exits we were a part of – including the acquisitions of Volterra, Foghorn, BugSnag, Bitglass, ZIX, Pulse Secure, Stirling Ultra Cold, Ciitizen and the IPO for Science 37!
