What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
Sometimes when you’re talking deep tech with executives that have been in the industry for 20+ years, it’s easy to let the imposter syndrome take over. However, in the past year I have learned to push past the self-doubt and trust myself in the same way my colleagues trust me. This has helped me grow my confidence and improve my creativity and time efficiency.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
Starting as an intern and moving up to the AE level, I’ve been given my fair share of quality guidance and advice that have played a critical role in my growth here. In the next year, I hope to serve as a mentor to other staff and go the extra mile to ensure they feel supported.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
In October, we had our offsite in person for the first time since I joined the agency. It was really fun getting together with everyone and learn more about people I don’t usually work with on a daily basis.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
I helped get one of my security clients quoted in the Associated Press – which also happened to be my first proactive business press hit!
