What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
My team is there for me. This was something I already knew, but I didn’t necessarily need to rely on my team as heavily. Whether I’m struggling with something I am working on or if there are things going on in my personal life, I know my team is there to support me should I need it. I tend to think that I need to do everything, and it all needs to be perfect. Knowing that I can rely on my teams, has helped me loosen the reins a little and has helped me become a better teammate.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
I would like to work on more analyst relations. I’ve gotten a sneak peek at what this entails, but I would like to really sink my teeth into the process.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
Going to Texas with the ABC team! It really gave us the opportunity to discuss our goals and areas we can improve upon as a more focused group, rather than with the whole agency. I also enjoyed getting to spend some time with my coworkers having fun outside of the office.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
I had my first byline publish! This was something that I was working towards, and all my managers were well aware. Knowing this was a goal of mine, my managers gave me the tools and support I needed to be successful.
