What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
If you see something, say something. This could be about a client contact that you think will be leaving soon or a team member that doesn’t seem as on their game as usual. Flagging these possible issues direct your manager to keep an eye on them too and plan for a possible contact departure or someone struggling in a new role.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
I love a good puzzle. And understanding how the agency works and learning how to be a better resource for my teammates is an unending puzzle, that I’m excited to take a crack at!
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
In March, we had a virtual happy hour making a delicious pear and champagne cocktail followed by some very intense rounds of team Wordles. It was so great laughing with everyone who accidentally shook their cocktails post-adding the champagne and learning some killer starter words to level up my Wordle game.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
I recently lead a team to achieve the highest monthly SOV ownership that client had ever had!
