In the Fold – Grace LaFountain

What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?

Over the past year, I’ve learned how to effectively manage my time and prioritize tasks at 10Fold. With so many different projects and deadlines, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to tackle first. However, I’ve found that breaking down my to-do list into smaller, more manageable tasks and setting realistic deadlines for each one has helped me stay organized and focused.

What do you hope to learn in the next year?

I hope to dive deeper into influencer relationships. During my tenure at 10Fold, I have gotten my feet wet with multiple campaigns, including content amplification and event-based promotions. However, I would LOVE to learn how to take a leading role in these campaigns from start to finish.

What was your favorite team activity in the last year?

I must admit, it’s challenging to pick just one favorite activity organized by 10Fold. Each event was carefully planned to not only foster team bonding but also create a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. However, if I had to choose, I would say that playing Pickleball with the Boston team in the winter was a standout moment for me. Not only was it a great way to stay active, but it also provided a unique opportunity to witness the competitive spirit of my colleagues. The laughter and enjoyment we shared on the court made it a memorable experience that I will always cherish.

What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?

I’m proud to share that the social media content I’ve created for my security clients has yielded outstanding results. For one client, over the past three months, their follower growth has skyrocketed, surpassing that of even their biggest competitors. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the impact of my work in helping to boost their online presence and engage their audience. I look forward to continuing to create compelling content that drives their success in the months and years ahead.
