“In the Fold” – Kate Gregori

What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
I am good at writing. I’m not saying this to toot my own horn, when I came to 10Fold I was not confident in my writing skills. My teams have helped me not only become a better writer but also gain confidence in my writing, which in turn helped my success immensely.

What do you hope to learn in the next year?
Working in technology is not the career I imagined for myself, I had never considered myself technologically savvy before working at 10Fold. I would love to take what I’ve learned and write something that is very technical and requires a deeper understanding of the industry.

What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
I’ve loved doing different activities with the San Diego team throughout our community. I got to know a side of my team that isn’t always seen while we are working and gained a deeper love of the San Diego community.

What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
Back in December, I had been working on this very thorough award submission with one of my clients that we put HOURS into to make sure it really showed the value of a new initiative they had put in place. We were sending versions back and forth, brainstorming, hopping on phone calls to talk through challenging sections and really working together to make this submission perfect right up to the deadline. Fast forward a few months, I got a phone call directly from my client who wanted to tell me personally that we had won the award! This award win led to other opportunities for our client, all of which stemmed from my hard work.
