What is something you have learned this past year at 10Fold that has aided your success?
Over the past year at 10Fold, I have developed the confidence and skills to effectively speak up and share my ideas with my team. Through active participation in team discussions and presenting my thoughts in meetings, I have realized the power of my contributions and how they can positively impact our collective success.
What do you hope to learn in the next year?
In the upcoming year, my focus at 10Fold will be on expanding my leadership skills and taking greater ownership of my team’s editorial goals and strategy. Additionally, I am excited to expand my expertise and actively seek opportunities to secure business press coverage for my clients.
What was your favorite team activity in the last year?
Among all the activities I’ve experienced at 10Fold, my favorite has been the 10Fold Media Shark Tank event and the company offsite. It was an incredible opportunity to network with renowned journalists in the industry, learn from their expertise, and foster meaningful connections with both clients and co-workers in person.
What was your favorite accomplishment you had with a client over the last year?
One of my favorite accomplishments was receiving compliments and zero edits on a very technical byline from one of my clients, as it demonstrated my ability to truly capture their unique voice and messaging.
